Digging into the past

So now we come to the analysis. We have looked over two magazines including its front covers, contents and double page soreads. Of course we have written about what we like and how we think it suites its aims of attracting audiences.

Upwards?

So finally we come to today. The 26th of january on which we have now completed the final edits of the articles. All we need to do now is transform them on photoshop to suite the general theme of the magazine.

Onwards

Of course magazines are not just front covers, so we needed to come up with related articles to each one. We both came up with "how to start a band on a budget" and an "Interview with a rising music production star" and by the 21st of january we had relevant images to suite with the articles.



First Post

Hello. and welcome to me (Matt Maunder) and my freind (Matt Oliver)'s coursework. You know why we are both here so I will cut to the chase.

We were set the task of constructing two issues of a music magazine. and earlier in the year we both conducted a mockup of how to practice our photoshop and magazine producting skills.









We searched the internet and shops for magazines and styles we liked and were interested in we found a magazine called "Death Rock" the layout was nice and the colour scheme was perfectly blended together and attractive! just what we were looking for.



This gave us the basic layout on which we designed around to create the net result
